Yes, of course. I work in various countries in Europe with the main locations in Germany and Norway. While a part of the work will be conducted remotely, I will be at your location for work that needs to be done at your municipality, such as plastic sampling or stakeholder engagement events. You don’t need to worry about long-term fieldwork at location: collaborations with relevant partners at your region will be organized. |

Yes, with limitations. If the project is beyond the scope where I can assure you a high-quality results, I will either involve the right partners (if that is feasible) or reject your request. There is no use inworking together when the outcome can not be assured to be the best possible. I am self-employed, offer you great flexibility and bring a great network of partners to provide you comprehensive and tailored services, but I am not a large environmental company with hundreds of employee power that can stem multi million-dollar projects. |
Yes, I can prepare to present in French up to a certain level. I understand that language is an important part of communication and to transfer knowledge you sometimes need to convey a presentation in the local language. While I am learning Norwegian (Bokmål), to hold a workshop or presentation in Norwegian language, I will have someone assisting me with that. I can offer you need my communication and outreach services in another language: with professional assistance, I can translate educational materials in various languages or organize another presenter that speaks your language. |
There are several regulations on plastic and microplastic in products and in relation to the use-phase. View a comprehensive overview here (Link to my landing page). While the regulations on environmental plastic monitoring (for example in rivers) are not yet established in many countries, some countries have already implemented regulations. California implemented microplastic monitoring in drinking water (Link). … Now, negotiations on the internationally binding instrument on plastic pollution (also known as the global plastics treaty) are in their final phase (next negotiation round in November 2024). The treaty will be implemented on a national level by the countries That means regulations are coming soon. Studies show that being better prepared saves resources along the way (studie). I can help you to be prepared and comply to regulations the moment they are in place. If you are a municipality this means for you: protecting your natural resources and citizens, well-managing pollution as soon as possible, and complying to coming regulations and having a monitoring strategy in place before there is need to rush and spend event more time and money on it.
